KEY POINTS:
* It’s a privilege to serve God
* He transforms people’s lives for the glory of his kingdom
* You must believe and have faith in the Lord
* As believers in the body of Christ we must often make spiritual decisions
* Blessed is the man who trust in the Lord
* Not every storm is a judgment or sign from God
* God moves through nature
* If you participate in sin you cannot win
* Sin victimizes people spiritually, physically, and financially
* God moves against sin, but he also moves to bless the righteous
* No matter how grim the situation God will always send a messenger in the midst of your crisis
* Even while doing the will of God you can still get hungry and thirsty
* You cannot satisfy your hunger and thirst for the Lord while acting outside of your anointing
* We must believe and receive what God has in store for us
* You must demonstrate your trust in the Lord even during times of famine
* It is better to be in obedience and die than to be in disobedience and live
* Don’t be concerned about the famine you are in, but be concerned about the message coming from God while you are in that famine
